This moisture damage started from a leaking crown (top of the chimney) and worked its way down the entire structure.

A full dismantle and rebuild of the entire structure was needed.
 


Heavy duty equipment is brought in for proper demolition of large chimneys.

The mortar was so deteriorated that it
was possible to pull the bricks out by hand.

Near completion.  As you can see, the ominous lean is now gone and our client can rest assured that this structure is Certified Safe.
