Exterior: Certified can remove mildew, algae, mold, grafitti and other stains from the exterior of your home.

We are careful not to damage your bushes, plants, driveway, roof, etc. We will explain to you ahead of time exactly what to expect.

Siding & Walkway: Homeowners are advised through notification to close windows tightly and remove items from the exterior porches that could potentially be harmed by cleaning chemicals.  The chemical soaps we recommend are bio-degradable; leftover residues are generally sodium-salts.

Roof Cleaning Recommendations: It is not recommended to use any pressure methods above 100psi for roof cleaning as granules can be removed, compromising the integrity of the roof.  Proper chemicals should clean the roof, not pressure.

We utilize chemical-only cleaning methods approved by the Asphalt Manufacturer's Association, GAF and the RCIA. We have found these methods to be efficient and cause the least damage to the shingles.

Roof stains are caused by a hardy type of blue-green algae called Gloeocapsa Magma. One algae spore can land on the shingles, take hold and proliferate. The algae will continue to multiply and spread, its growth fed by the limestone filler in the shingles and moisture.
